How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?
Orders are usually shipped out within 1-2 days from when the order was placed.
Is your packaging discreet and what will show up on my credit card?
All orders are shipped in a plain brown box or padded business envelope. The packaging is completely anonymous with just your address and ours. “Project Pleasure” will never appear on the package, nor your billing statement. Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged under the name “Shop Project”
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive information via email on how to track your order.
Which payment options are available?

How do I cancel an order?
Please contact our team immediately after placing your order. If your order has already been processed by our warehouse team, we will be unable to cancel it. However, you can return the item back to us if the product and package are unopened.
